Korean Historic House with 200-years of history 
Manhoe Historic House is state-designated Important Folklore Material No. 169. It is built with Chunyangmok pine tree abiding the law of Confucianism; Anchae is 325 years-old (built in 1690) building, and Sarangchae is 200 years old.   
With 12 Jinsa(passing first examination for office) and 6 Daegwa(passing state examination) from the 14th generation, it is recorded as the most noble family in Yeongnam region. It is a birthplace of Simsan Kim Changsuk, and three other independence activists. It was one of the bases for the independence movement, and hundreds of letters are found and stored until today. The house was broadcasted on MBC Docu-prime : 10 scenic spots of Joseon Utopia (Manhoe Historic House was introduced to represent Bonghwa).
